KVKK Disclosure

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Jova Bilişim Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("JOVA" or the "Company") in the capacity of data controller, within the scope set out below. This disclosure has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if your personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate processing
• To request erasure or destruction within the scope of Article 7 of the KVKK
• To request notification of corrections, erasure or destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
• To object to results that arise against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated means
• To request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing
